A delcious Lunch for one.

The is something wonderful about frying food. The snap of the oil in my cast iron pan. The browning of onions, and the metal taps of utensils. Also, the cutting of vegetables. The wood knife connection and the eventual arranging on a plate of the meal. It all comes together. If enjoyed slowly, it can be a very mindful and enjoyable time you spend by yourself.
